Super Saint

Traditionally, saints are associated with miracles and martyrdom. In the Theater of the Absurd, the “Super Saint” is fundamentally not that different, celebrating the miracle of life and beauty with playful confidence and joy. The model appears bigger than life in every sense, with no limits in terms of cultural references and no concern for gravity. The cardinals’ presence suggests veneration of a different kind. But let’s not forget that the sun is ominously close.
